Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

PBAC Score is a manual self-tracking tool that lets you record menstrual-hygiene events and calculates a score based on the Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart (PBAC) method. It helps you keep a structured personal record of menstrual blood loss over time.

2. No medical advice or diagnosis

The Service provides self-tracking and calculation only. It does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. The scores and bands it shows are informational aids, not a clinical assessment, and “lower”, “middle” or “upper” bands do not mean “normal” or “abnormal”.

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. The score is only as meaningful as the entries behind it.
• You are responsible for your own device and for any backups your device makes to your cloud account.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in a way not permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

5. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will be free of imperfection. The PBAC method is an estimation tool; results are approximate by nature. Features may change, and the Service may be updated or temporarily unavailable.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and graphics, is owned by PrepHub LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. The data you enter remains yours.

7. Third-party services and app stores

You download the app through a third-party app store (such as the Apple App Store), and your use is also subject to that store’s terms. Where the app is obtained from the Apple App Store, the store is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is not a party to these Terms; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce them against you. The app relies on the analytics processor described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

9. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepHub LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply.
